Important Notification: SKUAST – Submission of Documents for Additional Weightage Points
During the scrutiny and verification of documents uploaded by candidates while filling the online application forms for the following posts: (i) Security Guard, (ii) Animal Attendant, and (iii) Peon Ordery, Chowkidar, Laboratory Attendant, Library Attendant, OCC, Mali, and equivalents, as advertised in notification numbers 06 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 07.06.2022, 09 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 06.07.2022, and 10 (Secy.) of 2022 dated 20.07.2022, it has come to our attention that the documents submitted by candidates to claim additional weightage points do not adhere to the required format mentioned in the advertisements and S.O 184 of 2020 dated 04.06.2020 of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Therefore, candidates mentioned with their respective Roll Numbers in Annexure-I are requested to submit the supporting documents/certificates for their claim of additional weightage points within a period of 21 days. These documents should be submitted in the prescribed formats provided in Annexure-A, B, C, D, and E. Please send the documents via email to registrarofficeskuastjagmail.com. Failure to produce the required documents/certificates in the prescribed format will result in the University not awarding additional weightage/points to the candidates in the final merit list, without any further notice or consideration.
